Summary
The present world is getting busier every day, a person dont have time for their family for

their frenid even for the love ones, it starts from school till end of Retirees, Someone have to

reach on time at meetings and someone have to attend any event and on the other hand

someone is getting late for class or someone have a deadlines of projects, Peolple have not

there is a need of this store that can resolve the issue of lack of time.

Therefore, we launch a product in market as there was highly need of it and finally we can say

that was the biggest loop hole of biggest market of the fashion Industry. We are providing the

store that is very less time consuming, People come in and get ready in just 30 Minutes. In

between these 30 Minutes, We called it 3 steps TRY, BUY, GET SATISFIED to get ready for

whatever event.

Geographic segmentation:
We are launching our store in Karachi because surveys showed that the people relating to mega
cities are usually having the problem of lack of time that is why most of the customer will prefer
to save their time and our product will be the best choice. Most of the events held in Karachi so
we can easily utilize the best our product however Karachi is the main hub of every business .
Demographic segmentation
Demographic segmentation consists of the following factors:
Age: we cover all those customer relating to any age who shopped by their own
Gender: All genders that exist in our society
Income: it provide all kind and different prices of all brands either local or international

Psychographic segmentation
Our store is for those who are usually having a lot of thing to manage and they are mostly busy in their
office and any kind of routine work they must have few minutes to get ready for any kind of event and we
are available to save their time which they usually spend on choosing and buying

Behavioral segmentation
We are given different kind of sale and promotion either cultural or religious to cover the whole target
market.

Targeted market:

We have targeted man and woman both younger and older from any kind of job and business

We will consider reasonable prices from start and lower than other stores, initially. In order to
set up this price, Penetration Pricing strategy has been taken under consideration. It will help
us to get more customers at such lower price and once well capture the market successfully,
we will increase its price up to 20%.
Its also very obvious that we may face competition in market at any given time. So in order to
cope up with this competition, we can switch to Competitive Pricing strategy where we will
set the prices of services in accordance with the prices set by our competitors.

3. Promotion
We will use every marketing expects which exists in our society by which atleast we can reach out at
every single mind and all kind of psyches.

The promotion strategy has been considered through advertisement of Television commercials, Social
Media, Text message promotions and Bill-boards.
The Sales Promotion Strategy that is concerned with Discount to initial customers to create awareness
among all targeted market has been used in our store. We are providing the 70% discount to the first 50
customers.

4. Place
We are initially launching our outlet store at Tariq Road, Karachi and we are also providing the online
services to our targeted market. We are selecting Tariq road because it the center part of Karachi.
People usually passes from this road when they are coming home from offices and any other event and
when they get look on our store they get to know about us, As Karachi is the biggest city of Karachi we
will easily reach the vast number of People.

Choosing A differenciation and positioning Strategy:-


1. Features which are different from competitors:-
Mirror, Quality, Less time Consuming, Future Assurance.

2. Why would customers prefer us than our competitors:-

who have many duties and jobs to done on daily basis and it will change the experience
of so called older and much time consuming shopping styles, we provide such new
facilities by the help graphical contents, Home deliveries, online services and all of
buying patterns, however a customer will also save the time and money to visit the
store.
