Abstract The frame bridge is locating on the circular curve and has large skew angle, the pipeline layout is intensive and
complex on the bridge site, to ensure the existing road traffic flow and the railway transportation safety during the old bridge
demolition and new bridge jacking period , we carried out the improvement and innovation of the jacking scheme based on the
experience of the conventional jacking construction using the technology of combining the side span jacking and mid -span
cast -in-place in order to reduce the risk of construction safety, using adding the anti -sliding pile measures to enhance the
lateral stability of beam overhead, and taking measures to make the safety transition of the electric column during the
construction period and the normal operation period .The practice proves that the operation is simple and applicable.
