RESUMEN
En la siguiente prctica de laboratorio se identific las propiedades coligativas
de las soluciones ideales de solutos no voltiles no inicos. El proceso
experimental fue realizado a partir de huevos previamente tratados con cido
actico el cual despus de 8 horas esta solucin dejo sin cascara al mismo.
Los huevos fueron medidos previamente para encontrar el volumen y luego
fueron colocados en soluciones a concentraciones de 5%, 30% peso-peso de
sacarosa que fue utilizado con una muestra para cada huevo. Luego se utiliz
la yema de huevo en la misma solucin, que este mismo despus de un
transcurso de dos horas este se hincho el que estaba en la solucin de 30%P/P
y el que estaba en la solucin al 5% se comprimi un poco, el cual fue
comprobado su variacin por medio de volver a medir el tamao del huevo que
estaba dentro de la solucin

ABSTRACT:
In the following laboratory practice, the colligative properties of the ideal
solutions of non-volatile nonionic solutes were identified. The experimental
process was performed from eggs previously treated with acetic acid which
after 8 hours this treatment solution without a shell to it. The eggs were pre-
measured to find the volume and then placed in solutions at concentrations of
5%, 30% w / w sucrose which was used with one sample for each egg. Then
the egg yolk was used in the same solution, after a course of two hours this was
the one that was in the 30% P / P solution and the one in the 5% solution was
compressed a little, the Which was verified its variation by means of
remeasuring the size of the egg that was inside the solution
