ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

This On-the-Job Training at the Fund Transfer Division of the Bureau of the
Treasury becomes fruitful, possible and will be cherished forever, with the kind
support and help of many individuals.

Foremost, I want to offer this endeavor to our GOD Almighty for the wisdom He
bestowed upon me, the strength, peace of mind and good health in order to finish
this training.

I would like to express my gratitude towards my family for encouraging me in all

of my pursuits in life and for inspiring me to follow my dreams and supporting me
financially which mainly helped me in completing this training.

I am highly indebted to Manila Tytana Colleges College of Accountancy and

Management for their guidance and constant supervision as well as for providing
necessary information and facilitating the deployment process regarding this
training and also for their support in completing this endeavor.

I would like to express my special gratitude and thanks to our adviser, Mr. Gil
Kelly C. Garcia for imparting his knowledge and expertise in this endeavor.

The Dean of the College of Accountancy and Management, Dr. Maria Veronica
Joy M. Binuya, CPA, whose expertise, understanding, and a real lot of patience
made the completion of my training possible.

Prof. Amir T. Auditor, CPA, whose motivation and encouragement gave me the
will to always do my best at anything, despite of the many hindrances that nearly
shackles my self-esteem.
