Coordinating with Production team for inspection of fabricated items
Records:
Making records of Materials, demonstrating the activities clearly
Supervision of quality activity and submitting daily reports
Checking the Electrodes/Equipments and its conditions and making proper arrangements
Preparing:
Making proper arrangements for welding considering AWS standards
Making necessary record of visual inspection, fit up inspection, welding clearance, welding inspection, NDT
report & inspection record
Testing:
Making the test as per the clients requirements
Collecting all data of test and denoting the procedures
Inspection:
Inspection of consumable item like electrode, Gas, Grinding wheel etc., for ensuring physical condition,
storage, Test certificate etc.,
Inspection before and after welding with all necessary tests and visual inspection
Making records of drawing, Materials tested and Inspection
Welder qualification, WPS, WPQR as per ASME Sec IX
Handling NDT team
