Troubleshooting the Toshiba printers and RightFax

When reports come in that the Toshiba printers using RightFax are not printing confirmation sheets or faxing
does not seem to be working check the Toshiba server services. If RightFax is working on the desktop then
it is most likely not RightFax causing the issue.

Log on to WHQTOSHIBA02P
Login: toshiba_scan; Password: t0$h4rfc password never expires
Open Computer Management and select Services
There should be two services started for RightFax on the Toshiba printers
o PlanetPress Suite Messenger 7
o PlanetPress Watch 7
o These are the only two PlanetPress services that need to be running. If one is not showing
Started then start the service
The Recovery options for these two services has been configure to restart if there if any error or the
service stops. That should keep the services running.

If the problem persists have the RightFax server checked.
