SUMMARY: The Office of Government
Ethics has submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) a
somewhat revised OGE Form 201 used
by persons for requesting access to
executive branch public financial
reports and other covered records for
three-year approval under the
Paperwork Reduction Act. This
proposed somewhat revised version of
the form will replace the existing one.
