Payment of application fee shall be made through MP Online kiosk. No extra charges shall be payable for scanning of documents and photographs etc., to the MPOnline kiosk apart from the above portal charges. Selection procedure : Candidate can apply Online through MPOnline portal. The selection will be done on the basis of requisite qualification and VALID GATE SCORE CARD, valid as on the last date of submission of online application in Electrical Engineering paper. The Select list will be prepared by MPOnline based on the marks obtained in VALID GATE SCORE CARD (validity as on the last date of submission of online application) in Electrical Engineering. Based on this Select list candidates equal to three times of the vacancy will be called for interview. At the time of interview, selected candidate has to carry original documents/certificates for verification, The interview shall be carried out at Jabalpur. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of 80% weightage of percentage marks obtained in GATE and 20% weightage of percentage marks obtained in interview. Final select list shall be prepared category wise. . 33% reservation for women candidates shall be given as per the GAD notification dated 17.11.2013 If the marks secured -by two or more candidates in the final selection list are same, the candidate with*higner valid GATE score shall be given priority in the merit. If the marks secured by two or more candidates are same in the valid GATE score too, selection will be baséd on date of birth in descending order i.e. older candidate will be placed first in the merit list. The validity of the waiting list shall be one year from the date of declaration of result or the next recruitment notifications, whichever is earlier. Training duration, sti Service A jent-cum-Surety Bond : All the selected candidates shall be required to execute a service agreemént-cum-security bond to complete the training and to serve the company for minimum 5 years after successful completion of training The candidates selected for the post of Executive Trainee (Electrica!) will undergo 12 months training period. If, the performance of a candidate during training is not found satisfactory, the training period can be extended for six months which may further be extended for another six months in case of unsatisfactory completion of extended period of training. In case candidate: fails to complete training period successfully even in the extended period of 12 months of training, his/her selection shall be liable for cancellation/termination The Executive Trainee (Electrical) shall be paid a fixed monthly stipend @ Rs.15,600/- per month during the period of training. On successful completion of training, the cantidates shall be given appdintment on probation for a period of two years In the cadre of Assistant Engineer in the company, structure, in the pay scale Rs, 15600-39100/- with Rs. 5400/- grade pay and other allowances as admissible under Company rules. The services of Assistant Engineer shall-be governed as per service regulation prescribed for Company cadre employees and amended from time to time6. (ii) Candidates working in Govt./semi-Govt./Public Sector Undertaking have to produce the NOC from their employer at the time of interview. (iit) The, verification of all relevant original documents as indicated in 2(ii) bEfore interview. (iv) Any dispute, arising out of the selection process will be dealt with within the jurisdiction of Jabalpur Courts only. In case of the disputes referred to the MPPTCL, the decision of the MD; MPPTCL shall be final and binding on both the parties. (v) All SC/Si candidates shall be reimbursed to & fro second class ordinary unreserved train fare/bus fare by the shortest route within the geographical area of jurisdiction of MP state only for attending the interview.
