Survey of Teachers Perceptions of Team-Teaching/Teaming

Definitions for the purpose of this Survey:


Interdisciplinary team-teaching:
o 2 or more teachers in a common setting
o integration of disciplines to create and teach
o separate subjects taught as part of a collaborative effort
o diverse group of learners
Teacher efficacy teachers belief that they can affect student learning; teachers level of effectiveness

Pre-Qualifying Information:
Gender, Years of Experience, Current Grade Level teaching, Years of experience on a team

Teachers will select a number that most closely reflects their opinions about the following statements:
