distant from the locations of existing BPO's, and additionally because the bulk of BPO
employees work the night shift. Should private vehicles be used, the project has provision
for ample parking, making street parking unnecessary.
9. That a Barangay Certification was issued by Punong Barangay Teodoro C. Castro of
Burnham-Legarda Barangay stating they have No Objection, Opposition &/or Complaints
filed/interposed from the Barangay Council and from its immediate neighbours in its
application to develop and operate an Information Technology (IT) building/center at the said
