As an initiative of Jadavpur University E-Governance System duly approved by Dean(FET), Pro VC and Honable VC
Sir, it has been decided to sent all Pre exam intimation to faculties through newly developed ERP portal to individual
faculties. We believe that only your whole hearted cooperation can make this venture successful.
On the basis of the above, I am requesting you to kindly act as a Paper-setter and an Examiner in the following
subject(s) for the below mentioned Examination. (2005-2006 Syllabus for 4th Year and 5th Year and 2014-2015 Syllabus for
1st to 3rd Year).

Please set a question paper/s ( as above ) in consultation with Joint Paper setter(s) ( if any ) and send the same in an
enclosed cover mentioning ref no, name of subjects ,exam name clearly on the envelope, duly sealed & signed, on or
before 17/04/2017.
To Avoid typographical errors by the press ( where there is no scope for proof reading ) and to meet urgency /
minimize printing cost you are kindly requested to send the Question Paper preferably by Computer typing (HARD
COPY ONLY) along with the diagrams in A4 size paper only, with proper heading of question paper strictly as per
following standard format*. Kindly do not type in the paper, previously supplied for hand written question. (looking not
good as question paper after Xerox)
Answer scripts will be sent to you/concerned examiner after completion of the examination in the aforesaid subject
and the examined answer scripts together with two copies of marks only ( for 1st & 2nd Tabulators ) are to be returned
within the stipulated period as mentioned in the top sheet.
