Manufacturer shall be fully responsible to engineer GCPP construction and all

provided by NP.

After the order NP will give to supplier basic information relevant to control logics in order
to allow the 1st issue of schematic diagrams. Is Manufacturer responsibility to ask missing
information/documentation that will impact on the drawing/manufacturing schedule. NP
will never accept any delay on Drawings or Manufacturing if not officially advised in
proper way and timing.

1.3. DOCUMENTATION COMMENT / APPROVAL:

The minimum time for comments/approval of documentation will be at least 6
weeks from receipt of acceptable drawing complete of all project labels.
Critical drawings approval (if not commented/approved after 6 weeks) shall not stop
production.
If the 6 weeks are elapsed and one drawing is becoming critical for production,
Supplier shall inform NP at least 1 week before. GENP will never accept any
production delay for late document approval if not timely advised. Once the test of
configured protection have been successfully passed, the protection relays included
in the order can be shipped to the Control Panel manufacturer.
