    The Prime limitations are:


    Governments and NGOs are unable to increase income for urban poor.
    People dont make enough money to afford what they need.
    Urban poors are deprived of basic services.
    Individual prosperity is damaging because of limited income.

    Statement:

    A Social Enterprise will meet the needs of urban poor by allocating loans where Middle Class will invest
    money and some educated volunteer will help the poor to utilize the loan.
