Main competencies
- Ability for improving effectiveness and impact of multi-sectoral programs and demonstrating tangible outcomes for
vulnerable populations
- Ability to advise and lead on the development and implementation of MEAL strategies, plans, and systems in complex
humanitarian and development programmes
- Technical competence and experience in quantitative and qualitative M&E methods, data analysis, reporting
(currently responsible for quality audit)
- Experience as managing humanitarian programmes in sectors of livelihood, gender, child protection, income
generating activities, psychosocial support and SGBV
- Communication, facilitation, and team building skills in a diversity of contexts and functions
- Strong ability to lead programs looking for continually improving own performance or that of the team/organisation.
- Participatory social research design, with sociological methods (techniques of satisfaction surveys, focus groups,
interviews)
