    THE POWER. BEHIND WATER INBIGN’EcoServe Car Wash Recycle System Efficient, Economical and Eco-friendly INDION EcoServe is designed to treat and recycle car wash effluent. The state-of-the-art system will enable you to save 80% water cost by conserving large volumes of fresh water, while also meeting environmental discharge regulations. Besides high levels of COD and BOD, car wash effluent contains large amount of petroleum hydrocarbons (oil, grease, fuels), heavy metals, cleaning fluids and detergent. Moreover, car wash facilities use vast volumes of water which is then sent to drain, thus wasting an increasingly scarce and valuable resource. INDION EcoServe removes free floating and emulsified oil, grease and suspended particles - organic and inorganic, as well as colour and odour, thereby making the water fit for reuse for car washing The system uses electro coagulation (EC) and state- of-the-art ultra filtration (UF) membrane technologies to provide best results. It is available in various sizes starting at 500 /h using EC technology while larger systems use UF technology.
