OSC is kind of ECC in SDH network. It use for communicating between NE, for
managing the NE
HW ECC is a protocol. It's in SCC card.
OSC is for supervisory.

SCC Board control ODUk protction scheme. If we reset this card, the traffic won't
affected, but the protection ODUk switching is sometimes problem.

We can check the frequency of lambda wavelength from the U2000 in ND2/NS3 or Line
Unit(LU) board.
OTUk it's a Client Trail. Should be deleted if we want to delete OCH link.

Create reverse crossconnection can't be choose when the card/board is different.

No OCh link, we can't create client trail/service trail.

If we want to create 10GE WAN Services, we've ti change to port mode to Speed Up
mode. Not the standard one.
