I, MARI JOY A. KINTANAR, of legal age, married, Filipino and

resident of Phase 1, Block 3, Lot 16, Ideal Homes Subdivision, Libertad,
Butuan City, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT my
husband WINWRIGHT C. KINTANAR, of legal age, married, Filipino,
and a resident of Phase 1, Block 3, Lot 16, Ideal Homes Subdivision,
Libertad, Butuan City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact for me and in my name, place and stead; and for and in my behalf,
to do and perform the following acts and things:

1. To claim and receive my Certificate of Title Nos. T-24570 and

T-24571 from the office of the Philippine Deposit Insurance
Corporation (PDIC) in Metro Manila;

2. To sign the pertinent papers and documents for the release of

the said certificate.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact my

absolute and unconditional consent, full power and authority whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that
my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall do so or cause to be done under and
by virtue of these presents.
