our people at HT Media Ltd. With a
focus on being people-centric and
establishing HT Media Ltd. as a great
place to work, we embarked on the
transformational journey of Star

The first Star Awards began in a
truly humble way with the event

but then, only a few could make it to
the top. Also, for the first time in the
history of Star Awards, there was a
tie for the Star Gold and Bronze
categories, which explains the high
voting and popularity of these
projects and campaigns across
the organisation.
One of the interesting aspects of the
awards function was the loud cheering
by the Fever team that kept alive the
fun element throughout the evening.
Their antics caught everyones atten-
tion, and CEO Rajiv Verma quipped sev-
eral times that the Fever team was
chosen for an award but got dropped
due to the high noise they were creat-
ing during the event, which was taken
in the lighter vein by the team who re-
fused to bring down the din.

Beyond Work

A Journey Called Life

Our employees share their musings on love, life and limelight
Sorrows and Dead Flowers
Once, long back, I gifted my heart to you
Then it was a fresh flower vivid and new
Blooming in the chillness of early morn dew
But on the billows of your frail tears
It glided away from me and you

With my uncooled desires away it flew KarunaKaran

Deep sorrows glitter through your eyes Head - North,

Like million stars on the vast grey sky
Once,
The clipped dead flowers from your silk hair
Smiled for a second in brief, so fair.

Sorrows and the dead flowers

Will face into the silent woods
When the heavens first living showers
Would gently pass through

Now that the days left are short and few

And yet I shall wait, wait for you.
