Learning:

I learnt how to minimize cost in every step f our life and the feeling of being desperate to
minimize cost.
How to maintain time while doing every work, ordering materials, delivering products and
searching for desired raw materials.
I have explored places like Patuatuli, Islampur, Saedabad, Gulistan in search of raw materials in
lowest cost. It was impossible for me to hunt down those places without my partners.
It is not necessary that the strategies and plans we came up with will work accordingly in future.
I realized it during maintaining the stall. We had to change lots of our plans to cope up with the
situation.
We have to do market & customer demand analysis in continuous basis & accordingly changes
price and product supply.
In partnership we have to listen to each others opinion & value that. Alhamdulillah we did not
have to face any conflict of interest during our whole project.
I learnt how to communicate with customers, how to give them immense time and effort and
how to convince them to purchase from me.
I have come to know all legal issues and necessary paper works we need to do before opening a
business.
We should also keep the environment clean and pollution free.

Its a great opportunity for me to be a part of Haat Bazar. Haat Bazar is very effective, learning and
valuable experienced for me because its give me real life ideas as an entrepreneur. On this day I realized
how entrepreneur plan their business, how they operate their business, what real opportunity and varies
entrepreneur face on business, how they manage their customer market and capital structure etc. The
activities we had done as a team in Haat Bazer is also beneficial for me in future because from this I
learned about group work, made a bounding with my team, shared my plan about Haat bazar, Shared
different thoughts, views, ideas about entrepreneur, made fun with them, gathered new knowledge,
ideas from them etc. So I should say that Haat Bazar made me to feel and act like an entrepreneur does
and see a complete practical scenario about entrepreneurs which is very helpful to my carrier.
