Six(6) of our female karatekas who are graduates of SMART KARATE PROGRAM of the City of
Makati, namely:

NAME & ACCOMPLISHMENTS (for the period 2014 to July 2017)

1. Aquino, Angel Yricha -4GOLD(includes Batang Pinoy'15); 3 Silver; 5 Bronze medals

2. Pangilinan, Akkira-3 G; 3S & 3 Br(includes 1 br from Batang Pinoy'16)
3. Abardo, Hannah-1 Gold, 1Bronze
4. Labrador, Beatriz Carmen-participated in various events
5. Mendoza, Mekyla-Smart'17
6. Andres, Jasmine Rose-Smart'17

are entered as participants in the 4th POC/PSC/PKFnsa WOMENS CUP on July 26-27, 2017 at
Harrison Plaza, M.Adriatico, Manila

They shall be joined by other Smart graduates;

1) Aquino,Chad Cedric, won the GOLD medal in 14-15 yrs old KATA in the 2016 SKIF & our
participant in the Nov'16 Batang Pinoy in Tagum, Davao
2) Abardo Jose Gabriel, smart 2010 , Silver medaliat in the 2016 SKIF'2016
3) Domaniel, Galel-2 Silver & 3 Bronze medals including the recently concluded 3rd MKKPI event in
Taguig City, July8,2017
4) Batulan, John-Bronze medalist 2015 Batang Pinoy
5) Labrador, Cyrus Aaron-Smart graduate, partucipated in various karate events
6) Domingo,Joshua Lawrence-Smart scholar

in the next events;

1st ZUBIRI CUP Karatedo C'ships to be held on August 5,2017 at Fisher Mall, QC
The two(2) events and other karate tournaments the scholars are expected to participate are in
preparation for the BATANG PINOY on Oct 22, 2017 Luzon Leg(finals in 2nd week of Feb'18) and other
major karate events, such as:

1) Philippine National Games'17

2) PKFnsa National Selections'17,
3) DBL Cup, Oct 8'17
4)PKTS Invitational, Dec'17, among others.

Since we shall be participating in these events carrying the banner of Makati City, may we
respectfully request financial support in the amount of PESOS: Fifty six thousand(php56,000.00)to
defray cost of paraphernalias and expenses on at least ten(10) players for the two(2) events:

1) payment of entry fee for 2 events of php500/event.

Each player is expected to join at
Least two(2) category, KATA & KUMITE
@php500/event, or php1000/player - Php 20,000.00
2) the purchase of
12 pairs MITTS@500
a pair or 2pairs(red&blue)/
player Php 10,000.00
3) purchase of 10 pairs SHIN/INSTEP
Guards(5 red & 5 blue)@

4) food,snack & other incidental
Exp on 10 players & 1 coach
for the 2 events at php500.00

In connection with the above, may we also respectfully request for the use of the city's
transportation facility(bus)to ferry our players, their coaches and/or parents to and from the venue of
the above-mentioned karate tournaments.
