She makes her livelihood by making beedis where she earns Rs 160 per 1000 beedis she roll for. After joining SHG group she is living with confidence and encouraging her children to study well. Being a poor family her family had to depend on credit sources all the time Her husband just earns a monthly income of Rs 7000 and has to look after 2 children. The income of husband is not sufficient for the family. Her mothers native place is in Mumbai ,where she stopped going because of the insufficient income. She was once told by K Tulasi about the functioning of SHG. Upon that she approached the group members She join the Durga Maa SHG Group 4 years back which consists of 10 member She took loan of 40000, ( in two years she has to return ) paying 1400 per month with 2 Rs interst With the help of SHG she is leading a good life and also she is able to care for the households responsibility and children as well. She is also able to manage farming activity her husband family owns. SHG has made a huge difference in life of her and family as well.
