Writing practice on complaint and adjustment letter.

* Remember, a reply to a complaint letter is also known as the adjustment


letter.

ACTIVITY 1:

In a group of 5 to 6, draft and write a complain letter on the given situation.

A: You have subscribed a data plan for your post paid number but you are
unsatisfied with the service given.

B: You have made purchase with a designer of a special dress/ suit but the
finishing product did not meet your expectation.

C: You have made an online purchase recently from one of the online shop but
the item was either damaged or wrongly delivered to you.

D: You have made an arrangement for a dinner at a famous restaurant.


Nonetheless the service was below expectation.

E: You have stayed at a hotel/ resort for your vacation. However the service
provided was unsatisfactory and misleading from what being advertised on the
website.

ACTIVITY 2:

Next, write an adjustment letter as a reply to the complaint letter you received.
