 About Us
Marissa Corporate Services ("MARISSA") is a fully-
independent, family-owned, corporate service
provider.

Our core business is to provide corporate

secretarial and consultancy services for small
and medium-sized enterprises established within
the Northern Corridor Economic Region i.e. Kedah,
Perak, Perlis and Penang.

We also assist with Business Incorporation

Services and Business Solutions Services in
close co-operation with advisors. We maintain
excellent relations with emergent tax consultants,
law firms and auditors.

MARISSA is licensed by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat

Malaysia in accordance with the Companies Act
1965 on the provision of company secretarial
services.

Special licenses and requirements may be required for your business to operate once it is fully set up.
Our experienced professionals will assist with various license applications to government bodies
including applications to:

1.Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (MDTCA) for Wholesale and Retail Trade
licenses required by all companies that are in the wholesale, retail, trading, import/export, and
restaurant business which have foreign shareholding.

2.Ministry of Finance (e-Perolehan) to enter into provision of services or supplies to government

agencies.

3.Ministry of Education for businesses that fall under the Education Act such as kindergartens and
tuition centres. We also offer recruitment services for education institution.

4.Ministry of Tourism and Culture for businesses that fall under the Tourism Industries Act 1992
such as travel agencies.

5.Registration of CIDB / SPKK / SCORE / Bumiputera Status for construction companies.

6.Registration of EPF, SOCSO and LHDN.
