Q9. After the two of you got married, what happened, if any?
A9. After our wedding, we lived together as husband and wife in our conjugal
dwelling in Sierra Subdivision, Manila City. We were both happy, for a
time. However, several months into our marriage, Victor began to exhibit
signs of irresponsibility. He would leave the house and would come back
only after several days. This often became the subject of our quarrels and
verbal altercations.

Q10. That is lamentable. What happened after that, if any?

A10. Sometime in June 2013, we had a violent quarrel about his rude behavior
and his animosity towards my parents. He told me that he did not approve
of their frequent visits to our house. After that quarrel, he left our conjugal
dwelling and that was the last time I saw him. Since then, I had not seen,
communicated nor heard anything from him or his whereabouts.

Q11. What did you do after that?

A11. I returned to my parents abode at Las Pias and stayed there for about two
months, after which I then decided to go abroad to unwind and get a job. I
was there for about two years.

Q12. Notwithstanding this de facto separation with your husband, you did not
bother to have your marriage annulled?

Philippines?

Muntinlupa, informed me that my husband, Victor Guevarra, contracted
marriage with another woman, a certain Janine Arguello last February 14,
2015.

Q15. Is that so? Were you able to obtain a document which purports to show the
fact of marriage between accused Victor Guevarra and Janine Arguello?
