Dear Sir:

The Provincial Legal Office (PLO) of the Provincial Government of Davao del
Norte (PGDDN) relative to its approved program, re: Comprehensive Legal Assistance
Project for calendar year 2017, will conduct a series of free legal symposia in various
schools and barangays within the province.

We have chosen Barangay Tuganay, Carmen, Davao del Norte as one of our
partner-barangays. The symposium is pursued to enhance the understanding of your
barangay officials and constituents on basic laws such as: Republic Act No. 9165,
otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, Small Claims
cases, and other significant laws.

In this connection, we would like to request the presence of your barangay

officials and constituents ( at least 150 constituents) on February 28, at 8:30 oclock in
the morning, at the barangay gymnasium for the conduct of the said sysposium. Rest
assured, this is in furtherance of the B.E.S.T. P.E.O.P.L.E. development thrust of P.
Hence, it requires no registration fee or other charges to be imposed on the participants.
