To whom it may concern:

Im writing this reference letter as a testament to the good performance demonstrated by
Claire Kortenoeven throughout the time she was working on my team. I hired Claire to work
on my team as Customer Service Representative in July 2016. My role at that time was
Customer Service Manager EMEA for Chemours.
Claire started with very little experience in a similar role, but quickly demonstrated that she
was capable of learning very quickly in a complex multinational environment. Her open
attitude, genuine interest in the job and her will to perform well make her an asset for every
team. Claire is not afraid to ask questions and will not hesitate to ask for help or explanation
whenever shes not sure how to resolve an issue.
Claire is also able to identify imperfections in processes and is not afraid to present her own
ideas for improvement. An example to back that up is the fact that she volunteered to help
improve the process to return empty reusable packages.
To sum it up, Claire has the potential to be asset to any team and she has performed well as
a customer service representative. Thats the reason why she was offered a Chemours
contract rather than a prolongation as a contractor. The only reason that Claire is now looking
for a job elsewhere, is the fact that Chemours has decided to relocate all its customer service
activities to Belgium.
I would not hesitate to hire Claire again in a similar function.
