MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL BOND

ACCUSED, most respectfully move for the reduction of our bail bond, and
respectfully states:

1. That we are charged with Alarm and Scandal, Threat, and Estafa;

2. That the recommended bail bond for our provisional liberty are Two
Thousand Pesos each (P2,000.00) for Alarms and Scandal, Six
Thousand Pesos each (P6,000.00) for Threats and Twenty Four
Thousand Pesos each (P24,000.00) for Estafa;

3. That due to unavailable financial resources, we could not produce

and raise such substantial bail bond amount, and thus appeals to
the kindness of this Honorable Court for the reduction of our bail
bond to the amount of One Thousand Pesos each (P1,000.00) for
Alarms and Scandal, Three Thousand Pesos each (P3,000.00) for
Threats and Twelve Thousand Pesos each (P12,000.00) for Estafa;

3. We filed this motion in view of the urgent and pressing need.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully moved that we

be allowed to post our bail bond for the above cases at a reduced CASH BOND
in the total amount of SIXTEEN THOUSAND (Php 16,000.oo) Pesos. Other
reliefs just and equitable in the premises are likewise sought.
