Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Interface

ProTeus has an ERP interface module allowing users to exchange or share
data with most ERP and accounting systems. This option is designed for techni-
cal implementation by the IS/IT staff, providing automated transfer of
predetermined data from ProTeus to the selected system and back
to ProTeus reducing data entry duplication and errors.

The Microsoft Project® interface allows Eagle customers to transfer
Microsoft Project information to ProTeus. Using Microsoft Project's
unique planning tools, users can schedule long-term or complex
projects, export the individual tasks to ProTeus for maintenance
work order scheduling. Downtime estimates and job names are automatically transferred to ProTeus, and tasks
on Microsoft Project's critical path are transferred as a ‘critical’ priority item in ProTeus, identifying the priority.

Barcode
The ProTeus Barcode Module makes it easy to barcode and track your equip-
ment, inventory, employees, and work orders. By barcoding your work orders,
collecting information on PM and DM work orders is a breeze.

Using the barcode scanner, you can also:

• Update equipment runtime
• Adjust physical inventory
• Update tasks, parts & labor on PM work orders
• Update tasks, parts, labor & causes on DM work orders

This information can then be easily uploaded into the ProTeus database.
