Examination will be awarded the Certificate in

3) Lecture Days : Scheduled Sundays Minimum 8E in Science / Chemistry / Biology / Physics
4) Duration : 8 months Minimum Pass in any 2 other subjects
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration is on a first-come-first served basis. Cheques made in favour of the FMM Institute should
be forwarded to the FMM Institute Perak.
There will be no refund for cancellation within 7 days prior to the course, 50% refund for cancellation
between 8 11 days and full refund for cancellation 12 days prior to the course. However, replacement
can be accepted at no additional cost. All cancellation must be in writing.
The FMM Institute Perak reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the above programme and all
efforts will be taken to inform participants of the changes.
