This pertains to the Comprehensive Legal Assistance Program (CLAP) of the

Provincial Legal Office which is set to launch in February 2017.

CLAP seeks to bring the legal services of the Provincial Government to target
barangays and schools in the province. It aims to educate the Dabaonon people
on how to report crimes, on the basics of property rights, and on the important
provisions of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and
Katarungang Pambarangay Law. Lawyers will also be on the site to render free
legal consultations.

Anent thereto, may we request the support of your good office for the
preparation of audio visual presentations for the barangays, and for the
schools. The AVPs are intended to give the audience a better view of CLAP in
light of the vision and development direction of the Provincial Government of
Davao del Norte.
