Purpose

Senior developer, responsible for working in (and potentially leading) one of the three scrum teams
within the Front Office Delivery team

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for:
(Potentially) Organisation and delivery of the small team (total 2-3 developers including this
hire) aligned to: Front Office, Risk and Performance and Investment Operations
(Potentially) Day to day scheduling of both their own and the teams work
(Potentially) Scrum management and planning
(Potentially) Team skills development
C# development and quality both of themselves and the team

Reporting Line

Immediate line management will be provided by the Front Office Delivery development manager

Direct Reports

Depending on candidates leadership potential, either none or up to two other developers

Requirements and Experience

This role is ideally suited to someone who can demonstrate:

CORE
C# Development and design
Object Orientated design
Agile & especially Scrum development methodologies
Financial services (ideally asset management)
Leadership & Mentoring Experience
Open and transparent communication

MANAGEMENT (Potential)
Ability to lead and support a team in an effective manner
