genetics domain to design this system. 4 patterns of behavior are identified using analytics.
Based on Preferences and Observable Traits, system provides insights to individuals and
teams. Individual gets to know themselves and learn how are they when compared against
business population. A Questionnaire with 20 questions is mailed to everyone and they can
access and take this test at any time. This system mainly helps employees in bettering their
approach and effectiveness when interacting with others. The system is focused on traits such
as risk-taking and communication styles that are core to business behavior. Behavior and
preferences are assessed by complex algorithms, and then provides employees with easy to
learn patterns so as to remember and follow.

Business Chemistry Patterns:

Most people get closely related to one or two patterns that signify their behaviors in a business
setting.

Pioneer:
They are identified and known by spontaneity and brainstorming. They come out as most
expressive and energetic employees. They are open to opportunities and ready for any change.
They are quick decision makers and risk takers.

Driver:

They are known for quantitative and technical orientation. They make tough decisions but only
after studying facts and a strong analysis. They are goal oriented and prefer experimentation.
They take risks if required after strong analysis.

Guardian:

They are methodical in nature. They are resistant to change and rank low on extroversion. They
are risk averse and are happy with how things are happening. They take decisions to meet the
industry standards and come to a conclusion only after checking each and every detail.

Integrator:

They show empathy and seek consensus which can be named as their strongest traits. They
are connectors. They are helpful and connect peoples ideas. They take decisions only after
knowing everyones opinions. They dont have any reservations about taking risk but they go
with the crowd whatever might be the reached consensus.

This understanding from the system helps in team building as it tells very minute details about a
person which otherwise would have never been noticed by any other employee. Even knowing
about self-preferences helps in overcoming the weakness while solidifying the strengths.
