grid.
The selected segment will turn blue indicating it has been selected. Until the relevant segment are
ticked, the RFI and RFI Sub codes remain blank
Enter the amount of the EMD in the amount box
If the amount is not known, this can normally be found in the Voluntary Changes section (when it
exists) or under the penalties section of the fare rules or entering *HNP if you have used Rapid Reprice.
The above screen shows a 70 Penalty for the Adult, make sure to read the penalty amount which is
associated to the PTC whenever you have multiple PTCs in a PNR
Click on Add SVC to add the SVC (or SVCs for multiple passenger PNRs).
Note: If multiple passengers exist an SVC will be added for each passenger in the booking, each SVC will be
added with the amount entered in the amount box.
When the carrier selected is British Airways, the date of the SVC segment will be calculated 1 day after the last
air segment in the PNR (requested by BA).
Adding the SVC(s) for PNRs which dont have tickets issued
In order to support all scenarios, when launching, the app will no longer send an error when not detecting
eTickets with Open or ARPT status (In earlier version the only exception for that is Group Deposit).
Now if there is no open or ARPT ticket found in the PNR then application will show the above message if user
want to continue then he has to select 'Yes' otherwise 'No'. Select 'No' will close the application.
If user tried to add svc for non-ticketed passenger it will again popup the message and ask if user want to
continue.
If 'Yes' selected then it will add the SVC but no END Transact will be sent to host. If user will ignores the booking
file in SmartPoint then added SVC changes will be lost.
For the next step, the change fee amount is checked for each passenger typing *HNP and scrolling down
(MD), as a reminder, this is required for Ticket exchange issued by Travelport Rapid Reprice. In this
scenario, the penalty is the same for all passengers 45)
