Dear Sir!

Greetings!

This month is the school opening or the back to school month of all students
and pupils of respective high school and elementary school in our municipality.
Anent to that, your local firefighters of this station conducts school inspection to
give recommendations to prevent any occurrence of fire. We also provided fire
safety lectures, fire and earthquake drill to assess the readiness of the students,
teachers and staff whenever a man-made or natural disaster happens in their
premises.
In connection, we would like to request for monthly allocation of diesoline
twenty (20) liters amounting to Php 631.00 for the replenishment of our service fire
truck.
We are looking forward for your approval regarding the request and we will
work hand on hand on the basic delivery of fire services to our constituents.
