nation) is needed if you are doing business with someone from another
culture. Simple rules of etiquette are important so that you dont appear
impolite. Here are some example:
In Japan, people greet each other by bowing so make sure that you
do the right way and avoid shaking hand.
In France, you shouldnt use the familiar tu(you) form, or use first
names unless you are suggested to do so.
In Muslim, make sure the foods do not contain any pork otherwise
you will get in trouble

Company culture is influenced by styles of decision-making and by
accepted styles of relationships between management and staff. The culture
of the country where a company is based will determine what these accepted
styles are.

company can ensure continue the progress by avoiding complacency,
seeking to continuously improve, recognize mistakes and act on them
quickly, avoiding stretching company resources (financial or human),
staying in touch with rapidly changing consumer tastes/ demands and with
new technology.
