Navigate to Setup -> Options -> Search Options ad Search User Group

2. Click on Update Option. Verify the seeded groups. Update / Add new group as required

3. Navigate to Admin -> Role Access -> Group Access


Select the Group name and click on search.
Add / Remove Organizations as required
4. Navigate to Admin -> User .Search the user and click on Update

7. Assign the user group to the user

9. Logout & Login Back. Now you can only create / edit / update /view documents / reports in
those organization where you have access
