Dear Recruiter,
I take pride in inviting you to Xuberance 17, the annual
placement process for the students of Xavier Institute
of Management (XIMB) and Xavier School of Human
Resource Management (XaHR). XIMB, with its 29 years
of dedicated contribution to management education and
research, has had the privilege to become a University
and retains its autonomous status to evolve into Xavier
University. XIMB continues to be our flagship B -School
and XIMBs HR specialization program incorporating
29 years of shaping HR professionals - the new Xavier
School of Human Resources Management (XaHR).
We empower our students with the knowledge, skills
and long-term vision that lead to innovation, service
to society and growth, grooming visionary, competent,
committed, compassionate and value-based business
leaders. These students have been shaped by the vision
and values of excellence and ethics set by the Xavier
University. Our curriculum has been constantly redesigned
to make it relevant to the needs of the rapidly changing
business environment. The students are equipped with
emotional intelligence in addition to conceptual and
intellectual knowledge to make them better corporate
leaders and embrace change with a positive attitude.
As we move forward, XIMB and XaHR and also Xavier
School of Rural Management (XSRM) will be together
called the Faculty of Management of Xavier University.
We will have other Schools that will continue to inspire
future generations of talent built on 29 years of high quality
professional education, valued by the industry, society and
country. Our students, endowed with a zeal for knowledge
and a commitment to excellence, look forward to challenges
to prove their mettle in the opportunities provided by you.
Well, for one thing, the culture we have does not make people feel good about themselves.
Were teaching the wrong things. And you have to be strong enough to say if the culture
doesnt work, dont buy it. Create your own. Most people cant do it.

Never think that lack of variability is stability. Dont confuse lack of volatility with
stability, ever.
