Duties and responsibilities:


Procurement/Logistics: Leads and ensures procurement processes are adequately
applied through overseeing the bidding processes in collaboration with related staff
from concern units; prepares tender or procurement documents in line with CDRI
annual work plan; carries out tender/procurement of the institution and ensures the
legal basis established procedures are respected accordingly and responsible for
procurement; involves in decision-making and allocation of supplies and logistics to
various requester(s); draws up all relevant contracts for goods and service
supplies; requests quotations, books and confirms all flight and hotel reservations
for CDRI staff, visitors, international participants to conferences and workshops
convened both in-house and outdoor; produces reports on all bidding process,
vehicle maintenance, building renovation/maintenance, CDRI vehicle accident;
Administrative and Secretarial work: Assists in translating documents, letters,
invitations and agendas mostly from English into Khmer for all programmes; checks
and edits all Khmer official correspondence to the Government's Ministries in terms
of format/style and appropriate courtesy before submitting to the Senior
Management for final check and approval/signatures; involves in liaisons with
relevant Ministries and Departments of the Royal Government of Cambodia as
instructed by the Senior Management; responsible for institutions esteem and
