Newark Center for Creative Learning, Newark, DE 2015-2016
Kindergarten through Eighth Grade Music Teacher and Choral Director
Taught general music classes with a focus on singing, the informal learning of vernacular
instruments, folk dancing, recorder, and music literacy.
Implemented a choral curriculum that included the singing of diverse choral repertoire as well as the
students composing and teaching their own pieces for their choral concert.
