Vegan Chocolate Cake

Serving Size: 2 inch x 2 inch slice Yield: 9 servings

Ingredients Directions

Soy Milk 1 cup 1. Preheat the oven to 350F.


Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp 2. Put soy milk and vinegar together in a large mixing bowl.

6. Grease an 8 inch by 8 inch pan and pour batter into pan.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick can be inserted
and pulled out clean.

Black Bean Avocado Brownies
