• Repositioned a new digital personalized advertising service that was adopted by Comcast, the largest cable
operator, reaching over 22 million homes throughout 44 states. This affiliation also laid the groundwork for
a highly strategic equity position by the affiliated company
• Established and successfully negotiated unique premiere programming partnerships with the leading
television networks, interactive media platforms and print publications driving the development of various
new media applications
• Developed and launched the first North American DBS service
• Conceived/produced programming and initiated strategic alliances for the largest out-of-home TV network
• Established the first distribution network for a DBS service uniting national distributors, direct marketing
companies, alternative business/consumer channels and more than 2,000 independent retailers

CBS OUTERNET New York, NY
Founding member of executive management team for this leading In-Store TV network in charge of its
marketing, advertising and production services company. Servicing more than 4,000 GameStop retail locations
and over 2,500 supermarkets nationwide with plans to grow dramatically into other retail verticals. Directly
responsible for planning and developing all consumer, advertiser and retailer television programming and
marketing initiatives.
Initiated and managed the strategic alliance and exclusive programming arrangement with CBS
Corporation which culminated with CBS Corp.,acquiring SignStorey for over $71, 000,000 and the
creation of CBS Outernet, a new division within CBS focusing on ad-supported retail television.

Estimated 200% cost reduction through innovative approach to programming and production
Conceive “environmental video” programming model uniquely designed to influence the consumer in a
