Dear Members,

Greetings from Tamil Nadu Boilers Association!!!

As you are aware, there has been a slowdown in the manufacturing sector,
particularly Boiler manufacturing sector. This has resulted in drastic reduction of
the turnover and also the cash flow, which has led to difficulty in meeting the
commitments with bank and other government departments. Due to this, legal
actions are being taken by all the concerned authorities.

After serving more than 40 to 50 years and making all payments promptly, now
many of us are in deep trouble and facing legal hurdles like SARFAESI act by the
banks.

To address this and to make proper representation to the government, an urgent

meeting of our association has been called on Sunday, the 30th July, 2017 at SRM
Hotels Pv Ltd., Race Course Road, Khajamalai, Tiruchirappalli at 06:30 PM.
Dr.S.Sakthivel, Director of Boilers, Tamilnadu will be attending the meeting.

Considering the seriousness of the situation, all the members are requested to
attend this important meeting and give their valuable suggestions for the benefit of
all of us.
