Getting services (water, electric, plumbing) is not a part of the scope, as it is a clients
responsibility
Work permits required for execution of work is clients responsibility
Interior of shops are not the part of our scope
Marketing of building for shops, food court and cash and carry is not the part of our scope.
HAVC is not the part of the scope.
Electrical and Mechanical connections and fittings are not the part of the project.
Internal paint and External cladding wont the be part of the projects scope
Firefighting fittings procurement and Installation wont be in the scope of the project
Time is the biggest constraint in this project and a time period of 9 months is given for this
project.
The budget for construction of DHA Mega Mall is 200 Million PKR.
As the site is located in DHA Islamabad, the traffic police of Islamabad dont allow the HTVs from 6am to
12am. Hence the transportation of all the material including Sand, Crush, Cement and Steel should be
done during 12am to 6am at night.
As Rawalpindi and Islamabad is having a military set up, so security clearance of all the labor coming to
construction site should be done.
