Objective

I am a 21-year-old graduating Fine Art Student (currently working in hospitality) looking to

expand and learn new skills within the local arts community. I am particularly interested in
printmaking, typically inclined to traditional techniques but am eager to learn skills in digital
print/or ways that technology can be used to achieve faster and more economical results. I
would like to gain experience not only within the practical concerns of printmaking and its new
digital form, but also within marketing, sales and the advertising of art works and how these skills
can be used commercially.
Experience

Stafford Tavern June 2014 September 2015

Positioned obtained at the Stafford Tavern Wait staff/Bar Attendant/Tab Attendant. Position
duties included but not limited to; opening and closing the restaurant and TAB, Attending to
customer complaints and following up, correct and safe handling of food and beverage (RSA
required and obtained), operating till system, working in a team.

Pier, Brisbane Airport January, 2016 February 2016

Position: Barista/FOH Counter Service. Duties included but not limited to; Making coffee of high
quality and precision, operating under high volume within a small team, operating till systems
and basic food preparation equipment, serving beverages with an RSA (obtained).

Eatons Hill Hotel and Function Centre October, 2015 - Current

Current Positions and Temporary positions: Bar Attendant,(RSA required and obtained), TAB
Attendant (confident operating new and old TAB machines RSG required and obtained), Bistro
Wait Staff, Functions Staff, Bar Supervisor (Roof Top Bar on weekends). Duties included but not
limited to, opening and closing bars within the hotel (hours between from 9am 5am),
managing and assisting the management of functions within the hotel (attending to customer
concerns, delivering food platters and sit down dinners on time, meeting requirements of
function guests), operating a basic till system, working large outdoor events, resetting for
functions and events, counting TAB tills and float before and after shift.
