1 Wall and ceiling linings. Insulation and vapour barrier (if specified)
placed and undamaged, lining color correct, ceiling and wall panels
correctly trimmed and free from damage.
2 Prefabricated firewalls/louvers installed to specification with sealed
joints, plumb and lined, without damage.
3 Floor coating. Floor screed (if specified) placed according to
specification, carpet or tiles of correct color, embedding of carpet or
tile is firm without any gaps or damage.
4 Floors lain to drain evenly to outlets, with no puddling or flat spots.

5 Furniture. All furniture of correct color & placed in accordance with

drawings, all drawers/locker doors open/ shut, all locks function. All
spare keys marked and held by appropriate personnel for owner.
6 Outfitting/Equipment. Bunk and window curtains correct length,
width and color. All wall pictures/mirrors installed, waste basket and
ashtrays in place, correct number of coat hangers provided.
7 Windows. Windows are per window schedule, complete with window
blind (if specified).
8 Doors. Entrance and toilet doors close without slamming and seal
correctly, door catcher and/or stopper functions, door lock operates
freely.
9 Technical fittings. Shower curtains (if specified) of correct length
and width, hot/cold water taps function, shower rose with flexible
hose/tube installed and adjustable.
10 Information signs (if specified) installed.

11 Suspended floors (if specified) correct and undamaged.

12 Water bunds turned up around walls in wet areas.
