Cocktails
(Classics, Variations and New Creations)

Hotel Nacional Special: Named after the famous Cuban hostel, one boozy, not
too sweet sip will transport you to Old Havana: rum, pineapple, lime and house
apricot liqueur. (flor de cana)*

Clarified Pisco Punch: A silky smooth variation on a 19th century communal

drink, using a 17th century technique: pisco, guanabana, lemon, chamomile, rose
water, whey, spices (ask your server how we made it - its wacky!) (macchu pisco)*

Trinidad Sour: A modern classic? Yes! Polarizing? Yup! Life changing for those
brave enough to give it a whirl? Definitely! One and a half ounces (thats right we
said ounces) of Angostura bitters, rye, lime, and orgeat (bulleit)

Tommys Margarita: Classics get that way for a reason, citrusy, distinctive,
pure. Spanish for daisy and just about as perfect as Mother Nature herself could
have made. Try Tommys version and youll never want it any other way: tequila,
lime, agave nectar (tapatio or milagro)*

Brandy Crusta: Slightly icky name aside, a balanced, spirit forward 1880s
classic: Lairds Bonded apple brandy, maraschino, triple sec, lemon *

Mango Mezcal Mule: Our version of a PDT classic - a smoky, crisp, tropical
delight: mezcal, mango nectar, alcoholic ginger beer, lime, topped with cucumber
granita. (union)*

Ohana: Meaning family, crazy ingredients thrown together with the end result
being some kind of awesome, yeah sounds just like family: Pineapple rum, crme de
cocoa, house macadamia nut milk, house coffee-cocoa syrup *

Campfire Old Fashioned: There are a few things we New Englanders have in
common: ability to drive in snow, flannel, abhorrence of the phrase leaf peeping,
and our love of fire. Well, now you can have all that smoky heat with a side of
bourbon. House smoked maple syrup, angostura, garnished with a scorched
marshmallow (buffalo trace).
R.A.F.: Take one Aviation cocktail: gin/lemon/maraschino/crme de violet, and top
it with British sparkling wine (yeah, thats a thing!), beautiful and bubbly
(botanist)*

Madrigal: Sure, its still summer, but cant you feel that fall chill right around the
corner? A perfect harmony of two seasons: rye, Amaro Montenegro, muddled
strawberry, house vanilla syrup, house strawberry ginger bitters, garnished with
homemade ginger rock candy. (bulleit) *

Pink Squirrel: Dontcha just want something pink and vodka and creamy every
now and then? And guys, dont be shy ordering this one, its frickin delicious: crme
de noya, vodka, Cato Corner heavy cream
Port + Sherry Cocktails

Summer Wind: Tastes like an August evening spent on the porch with Old Blue
Eyes drifting through the open window: blueberry port, cognac, lemon, house made
blueberry grenadine

Old Kentucky Home: Derby Day has come and gone, but the bluegrass state
never stops calling us home: bourbon, orange infused cynar, port, maraschino
cherries

Rough Draft # 2: Hemingway always said the first draft was s*@t, we disagree -
this one is refreshingly awesome: blueberry port, bourbon, cider, angostura

The Road Divides: Smokey, spicy, sour, and as beautiful as a summer sunset in
Oaxaca: mezcal, ancho reyes, lemon, port floater

Lamplight: Seemingly from another time altogether, subtly complex: cachaca,

white port, elderflower, lime

The Trident: Another modern classic, a perfect balance of caraway, sweet and
bitter. If you like negronis, give this one a spin: aquavit, sherry, cynar, house made
peach bitters

Bits + Bobs
Mezcal Service with Sangrita: A selection of three mezcals served with a
spicy, peppery palate cleansing shot
Boiler Makers: Nothing more uniquely New England than a shot and a beer, drop
it in, imbibe side by side, its none of our business what you do.

Fernando: Amaro Rhubaro and Shaklesbury Spanish Cider
The Paloma: Tequila with Grapefruity IPA
Tweed Suit: Cognac and Brown Ale
