Hotel Nacional Special: Named after the famous Cuban hostel, one boozy, not
too sweet sip will transport you to Old Havana: rum, pineapple, lime and house
apricot liqueur. (flor de cana)*
Trinidad Sour: A modern classic? Yes! Polarizing? Yup! Life changing for those
brave enough to give it a whirl? Definitely! One and a half ounces (thats right we
said ounces) of Angostura bitters, rye, lime, and orgeat (bulleit)
Tommys Margarita: Classics get that way for a reason, citrusy, distinctive,
pure. Spanish for daisy and just about as perfect as Mother Nature herself could
have made. Try Tommys version and youll never want it any other way: tequila,
lime, agave nectar (tapatio or milagro)*
Brandy Crusta: Slightly icky name aside, a balanced, spirit forward 1880s

cocoa, house macadamia nut milk, house coffee-cocoa syrup *
Campfire Old Fashioned: There are a few things we New Englanders have in
common: ability to drive in snow, flannel, abhorrence of the phrase leaf peeping,
and our love of fire. Well, now you can have all that smoky heat with a side of
bourbon. House smoked maple syrup, angostura, garnished with a scorched
marshmallow (buffalo trace).
R.A.F.: Take one Aviation cocktail: gin/lemon/maraschino/crme de violet, and top
it with British sparkling wine (yeah, thats a thing!), beautiful and bubbly
(botanist)*
Madrigal: Sure, its still summer, but cant you feel that fall chill right around the
corner? A perfect harmony of two seasons: rye, Amaro Montenegro, muddled
strawberry, house vanilla syrup, house strawberry ginger bitters, garnished with
homemade ginger rock candy. (bulleit) *
