resident of Barangay Datagon, Pamplona, Negros Oriental, do hereby
name, constitute and appoint ANA LYN C. GARCIA, of legal age,
Filipino, married and a resident of Barangay Sta. Agueda, Pamplona,
Negros Oriental to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for me and
in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
things, to wit;

1. To attend the hearing regarding the renewal of franchise case

no. 07-07-0402 of the unit MAKE MITS, MOTOR NO. 383408, CHASSIS
NO. 7P-C-99-0208, PLATE NO. GWJ938;

2. To sign and execute documents and other papers in connection

thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-

fact full and absolute power and authority to do and perform all and
every act or things whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in or
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or
could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that
