I. Preliminaries

1. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Lagunzad at 8:20 a.m. after the opening
prayer led by Ms. Telen.

2. Reading of the Previous Minutes was made by Sir Jerome and was moved to the
approval by Ms. Sanford.
 II. Business Arising From Previous Minutes

There was no business arouse from the previous minutes.

III. New Business Matters

A. Submission of Documents, Test Questionnaires, and Grade Sheets

Sir Lagunzad emphasized that the next year submission of syllabus is not
allowed. It should be followed-up and timely submitted so that the coordinators
still have the chance to make suggestions and minor corrections on the syllabus.

Sir Lagunzad also said that test questionnaires should be submitted on-time.

For the grade sheets, Sir Lagunzad said that the briefing of the E-class record
will be scheduled.

B. Schedule of Pop-In visits and Classroom Observation

Sir Lagunzad said that Pop-In Visits will start after the Midterm examination. He
further added that Pop-In visits are unannounced in contrary with the formal
classroom observation. The persons who will conduct such visits are the Cluster
Heads, Academic coordinator, and the Principal. He also stressed out that Pop-In
visits are not clinical; instead it will be used as basis for possible avenues for
improvement. He also said that the final observation will transpire during the end
of semester.

C. Dissemination of Teaching Loads for Second Semester 2016- 2017

Sir Jerome already informed the teachers of their corresponding teaching loads
for the second semester.

D. Textbook Evaluation for Second Semester 2016-2017

Sir Jerome assigned the teachers to conduct evaluations of the textbooks

submitted by different textbook publishing companies to be used for second
semester according to their assigned loads for the next semester. They were given
the evaluation tools in assessing the textbooks quality.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:45 pm.
