Notes -and Instructions to Candidates and Colleges of Education and Special Education:
1)The Time Table is Tentative and Competent Authority reserves the rights to make changes in it as per the need. It is the duty of the Candidates and Colleges to
verify the Latest Time Table On-Line.
2) Updated Time Table will be displayed on the web sites http://bed.mhpravesh.in/ and no new notices will be published for it.
3) It is expected of the Candidate and Colleges that they keep track of the latest announcements regarding admission process and follow the instructions
given.The candidates and colleges should visit the mentioned web site frequently to update themselves.
4) Non-NRI,OCI,PIO candidates are not required to upload the documents or submit it. Their documents will be verified at the Admitted college only.
5) Since this is Merit Cum Option based Admission Process,Candidates are advised to give the options very carefully and judiciously.
6) All Candidates are directed to download theCAP Information Brochure and the Approved College list and study it carefully before filling in the On-Line
Application and Option Form. The Options once given will be binding on the candidates for Two Rounds. Candidates have been allowed to edit their options
before the commencement of the Third Round.
7) Prior Approval of Competent Authority for Institutional Round is required. Colleges will submit vacancy position to the Competent Authority.
8) Candidates should study the Type(Govt/Aided/ Unaided/Minority Aided/Unaided ) and Nature of College/Division/Medium/Minority Status/Methods
available in the College before giving the Option.
9) Principals of the Colleges will be responsible for the verification of the documents and Finalization of Admissions in their Colleges. If any discripency in
Academic Merit/Category is observed by the College, they should direct the Candidate to Edit the Option form at relevant time as per above Time Table.
10) Candidates who have given ELCT examination along with CET will be given preference in English Medium colleges of Education.
