load body in paint shop, Wind shield water leakage during shower testing of vehicle.
Team member of Kaizen performing team at plant level, had represented Kaizen events with Japanese team
at shop floor
Got first prize in inter shop Kaizen event organized at plant level & evaluated by Japanese team.
Team member of WCQ team that work for achieving the bench marks of WCQ Level 2 under goes which
obvious defects should not leave the plant

Project of safari, Aria, magic closed van facility provided for new product introduction
Leading project along with production team to reduced rework & process rejections.
Process improvement in all processes having lower level of rating & increasing detection or reducing
occurrence leave.
Skid pegs assembly design modification for engine lift able for new variants of engine & add of internal parts.
Improvement of shower tester for all variants as per standard & achieve 7 LPM flow rate for commercial
vehicles.
